We are looking to hire a Marketplace Daily Operations Executive who can manage daily seller account operations, sales analysis, order monitoring, tracking verification, account health metrics, and customer feedback across Amazon, Walmart, OnBuy, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Monitor daily sales performance across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, OnBuy, eBay, and other platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis reports.

Analyze sales trends, order volume, product performance, and marketplace-wise performance.

Check and manage hold orders, pending orders, delayed orders, and cancelled orders.

Verify order tracking details and ensure tracking information is updated correctly on marketplaces.

Monitor shipments to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within marketplace timelines.

Track and maintain key account health metrics such as:

ODR – Order Defect Rate

VTR – Valid Tracking Rate
-
OTDR / ODTR – On-Time Delivery Rate

LDR – Late Dispatch Rate

PCR – Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate

Negative Feedback
-
A-to-Z Guarantee Claims
-
Chargebacks and customer complaints
-
Identify issues affecting account health and take corrective action on time.

Monitor negative feedback and coordinate for feedback removal or resolution where applicable.

Check A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and disputes and prepare required responses.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and marketplace teams for order-related issues.

Maintain proper records of order issues, tracking updates, claims, feedback, and account health actions.

Ensure all marketplace SLAs are followed for shipping, tracking, delivery, and customer service.

Highlight urgent risks related to account health, order delays, or poor seller performance.

Support management with daily operational reports and actionable insights.
-
Work proactively to avoid account warnings, performance drops, and marketplace penalties.
