Hiring: Civil Engineers / Site Supervisors
Reno-Bath We’re looking for Civil Engineers / Site Supervisors to manage on-site execution across multiple renovation projects. If you’re someone who likes being on-site, managing teams, and getting things done, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle day-to-day execution across 2–3 ongoing sites
- Supervise labour teams and ensure work is completed as per plan
- Coordinate with the Renovation Manager for timelines and updates
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to design specifications
- Track material usage and raise requirements in advance
- Monitor site progress and report daily updates
- Resolve on-ground issues and execution challenges
What We’re Looking For :
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years of on-site experience
- Basic understanding of construction / renovation work
- Ability to manage labour and multiple sites
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel between sites Bonus Points
- Experience in interior or bathroom renovations
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate with designers
- Strong ownership mindset
