Experience: 3–5 years
We are hiring an experienced Senior Lab Technician to oversee lab operations and lead our technical team. Responsibilities include supervising sample processing and test execution, ensuring quality control and NABL/regulatory compliance, managing reagent inventory and equipment calibration, training junior staff, and coordinating with pathologists on report accuracy. A B.Sc. MLT or DMLT with relevant experience is required. Prior experience in a NABL-accredited diagnostic lab setting is strongly preferred.
