Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Counseling: Proactively call prospective students to inform them about programs, eligibility, and benefits to drive admissions.
- Application Management: Guide students through the application process, evaluate eligibility, and handle documentation.
- CRM Utilization: Maintain and update student records, interactions, and admission data accurately in CRM systems.
- Relationship Management: Conduct virtual counseling, interviews, or orientation sessions to help students make informed decisions.
- Target Achievement: Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in counseling, sales, or admissions—preferably in education, training, or EdTech.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with lead management tools and video conferencing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persuasion skills, and a positive attitude
Pay: ₹11,046.16 - ₹35,409.45 per month
