Position: Business Development Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in direct sales as well as channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, references, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners / dealers / distributors.
- Develop channel sales network across Noida, NCR, and nearby markets.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explore new markets and business segments for company growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support.
- Maintain sales MIS reports, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Development / Sales / Channel Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in GPS Tracking, SaaS, IT, Telecom, Automobile, or Technology sales preferred.
- Knowledge of Noida / NCR market is an added advantage.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
