Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Business Development Executives for a newly established insurance company – Beta Trading Company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Life and Health Insurance sales, with the ability to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth from the Banjara Hills office.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through sales of life and health insurance products
- Identify and generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Life and Health Insurance sales / business development
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within the insurance sector
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
