Job Title: Project Engineer – Telecom Towers

Experience:
2–4+ years in telecom infrastructure / tower projects
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Engineer to work on telecom tower infrastructure projects, including tower rollout, site acquisition, construction, and maintenance. The role requires expertise in passive infrastructure, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of tower deployment programs. Customer Interaction is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of telecom tower projects.
- Manage site acquisition (SAQ), permissions, and regulatory approvals
- Oversee tower construction, erection, and commissioning activities
- Oversee Tower / Pole Maintenance and strengthening projects
- Coordinate with landlords, government authorities, and local bodies
- Manage vendors for civil works, electrical, and equipment installation
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time
- Identify and mitigate risks related to site readiness, logistics, and execution
- Drive cost optimization and process improvements
- Ensure quality control and adherence to telecom infrastructure standards
- Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
- Interact with customer and align teams accordingly as per requirement
- Business Development involving customer office visits to evaluate business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Telecom preferred)
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in telecom tower infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of tower rollout lifecycle (SAQ, TSSR, AT, commissioning)
- Experience in managing multi-site deployments
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards (EHS compliance) in tower construction
- Familiarity with local regulatory approvals and municipal processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Knowledge of telecom sharing models (tenancy ratio, co-location)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
