Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification & Outbound Calling Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective clients from the company's database and digital marketing campaigns. Understand the buyer's requirement (investment vs. end-use, budget, timeline).
2. Project Pitching Effectively present and explain the features, location advantages, and future growth potential of our Industrial zones, Bungalow schemes, and Plotting projects over the phone.
3. Appointment Generation (Site Visits) Convince interested prospects to visit the project sites or meet with the Sales Manager. Meet weekly and monthly targets for successful Site Visit (SV) scheduling.
4. Regular Follow-ups Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with cold, warm, and hot leads. Nurture prospective buyers with regular updates on project development or special offers.
5. CRM & Data Management Accurately update call logs, customer interactions, lead status, and scheduled appointments in the company’s CRM software or Excel trackers daily.
6. Soft Recovery Support Assist the collection team when required by making polite reminder calls to existing clients regarding pending installment schedules or outstanding payments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
