Job Description:
We are looking for a Telugu Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu and basic English, with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during customer interactions.
- Record customer details and update the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory).
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
