Job Overview
Lijan Greentech is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Engineers to join our growing team. This is primarily an office-based role with regular field visits to meet customers, generate business opportunities, and maintain client relationships.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience) Plus Incentives

Experience
- Preferred: 3 - 5 years of experience in the building construction, PEB.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly handle business leads generated by company marketing activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit customers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project sites.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the team.
- Update all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Meet assigned sales targets and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong negotiation skills.
- Candidates within 25 Kmtr radius within Angamaly preffered
