Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Your primary focus will be optimizing our ad spend to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Budget & ROI: Allocate daily and monthly ad budgets effectively. Monitor and optimize campaigns to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling ROAS.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copywriting, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Tracking: Ensure accurate pixel and conversion tracking setups. Utilize Google Analytics and platform dashboards to generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and content teams to guide the development of high-converting visual assets and ad copy tailored for specific target audiences.
