Roles:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive light vehicle maintenance coordinator to oversee the maintenance, repair, and proper functioning of our fleet of light/Heavy vehicles. In this key role, you will be the primary point of contact between the Site Admin/Logistic Manager, OEM-Workshop, drivers, and management, ensuring minimal downtime.
Responsibilities-
Ø Develop and implement PM schedules, dispatch vehicles, and coordinate repair bay/technician.
Ø Monitor repair quality, diagnose complex issues, ensure timely completion, and manage external vendor relationships.
Ø Maintain detailed logs of repairs, inspections, costs, and vehicle history.
Ø Communicate with users/Admin, management, and service providers, providing updates and technical advice.
Ø Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems for light vehicles.
Ø Ensure minimum breakdown of vehicle and maximum availability.
Ø Preparation of Breakdown tracker and discuss with Maintenance Head.
Ø Ability to Analyze Root Cause.
Skills and Requirements:
3-6 years’ experience with Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, In-depth knowledge of light vehicle, electrical systems. Proficiency in Basic MS office (Word & Excel) etc.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
