Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Course Counselor to guide prospective students and parents in making informed career decisions. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a seamless counselling and enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and opportunities by understanding their background, goals, and eligibility
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication, structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets
- Provide accurate details on programs, fees, schedules, policies (including NEBOSH), and guide students through the enrollment process
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and counseling notes in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, ensure document collection/compliance, and deliver high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools ,Google sheets and Excel
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred)
- Basic Knowledge in Google sheets and excel
