Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Labourers to assist with daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of performing manual tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in production, packaging, and assembly activities.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Support supervisors and team members with daily operational tasks.
- Inspect materials and report any issues or damages.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or factory work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
