Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can generate quality leads and drive business growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Generate high-quality real estate leads
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Track and report key marketing metrics
- Work closely with sales and creative teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred
- Real estate marketing experience
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
