Job Summary -
PDPC is looking for an Industrial Engineering (IE) Consultant to support organizations in improving productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities and conducting Industrial Engineering studies.
Key Responsibilities -
- Conduct Method Studies, Time Studies, and productivity assessments.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, and SMED.
- Improve plant layouts, material flow, manpower utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare project reports, recommendations, and implementation plans.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant Experience (Fresher's can apply).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments.
Salary -
17000/- to 21000/- per month (in hand)
