Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application and user support.
- Monitor and respond to application-related issues and requests.
- Troubleshoot basic application and system issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents and technical problems.
- Track and follow up on reported issues until resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and support activities.
- Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders regarding issue status.
- Follow established support procedures and SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Support continuous improvement of application and operational processes.

Experience
Freshers / candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Application Support, IT Support, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Operations Support will be an added advantage.
Shift Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including Day/Night shifts, based on business requirements.
