Job Title: Steward
Job Summary:
A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in the kitchen and service areas. They ensure all utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and organized according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, wash area, storage areas, and back-of-house sections.
- Dispose of garbage and waste materials as per hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support activities.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Support the team during busy operational hours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or food service is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.

Salary:
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
