Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand security and compliance needs, their implications and potential risks. Recommend and drive action plans with management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with customer relation teams to address pre-sales security and compliance inquiries.

In-depth working knowledge of IT General Controls like user management change management, backup and interface controls

Manage multiple compliance programs, such as Sarbanes Oxley, PCI-DSS, NIST800-171, ISO27001, UK CE+, TISAX or SOC2. Ensure on-going compliance and timely certification renewal.

Develop and maintain an advisory relationship with internal stakeholders and provide compliance consultation.

Support IT and Business teams in implementation of remediations that help achieve information security policy compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and fluently with a diverse group

Able to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in a manner that promotes understanding, both in writing and verbally

Ability and willingness to research unfamiliar information

Assist in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement by continuously seeking out and applying feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in IT, Business Informatics or related fields

Strong presentation and communication skills

Understanding of the definition, implementation and assessment of IT and business controls

Ability to work independently, willingness to constantly learn and stay on top of the ever-changing landscape of security & compliance requirements
