Job Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales team for residential/commercial real estate projects. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance
- Drive sales for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Oversee lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, launches, and branding
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales support
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review
