About the Role
Gudswap is looking for a Tailor / Stitching Associate to join our production team. We manufacture sustainable fabric products such as bags, scrunchies, bows, pouches, and other textile accessories made from upcycled materials.
Experience is preferred, but candidates with basic stitching skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Stitch bags, scrunchies, bows, pouches, and other fabric accessories
- Cut and prepare fabric for production
- Ensure neat finishing and maintain quality standards
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently
- Meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Experience as a tailor, stitching operator, or sewing machine operator preferred
- Ability to operate a sewing machine
- Attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Freshers with basic tailoring knowledge are welcome
Training
Hands-on training of 15 days to 1 month will be provided based on experience.
