Junior Project Coordinator
Role Purpose
Execute tasks, build mindset and skillset, support R&D, and contribute to
values-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
Mindset Development Contribution:
- Observe, identify mindset gaps into self, team and client’s team.
- Support or lead conversation for shifting mindsets of interns, colleagues and
Nucleus Team based on transformation and human values.
- Encourage growth-oriented thinking within self, team, and clients.
- Practice emotional resilience and adaptability exercises.
- Conduct reflection circles or gratitude practices regularly.
- Participate in setting project and personal vision boards.
Skillset Development Contribution:
- Observe and identify skillset gaps into self, team and client’s team.
- Develop technical and consulting skills required for client success.
- Mentor intern where required on professional behavior and technical skills.
- Cross-train in functional skills (finance, sales, marketing) where relevant.
- Shadow leaders during client-facing assignments.
- Uphold internal discipline standards (punctuality, task follow-through).
Research & Development Contribution:
- Research on different aspect of business (HR, Finance, Branding, marketing etc.)
and how we can make them humanize.
- Support building proprietary models, assessments, and frameworks.
- Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, or case studies.
- Gather client feedback and industry benchmarks to drive innovation.
- Help improve internal processes by researching best practices.
Culture Building Contribution:
- Promote and participate in celebration rituals within the team.
- Organize or contribute to transformation storytelling and gratitude sessions.
- Assist in planning internal culture workshops.
- Support building visual displays of mission, vision, and values in client and internal
spaces.
- Encourage personal and peer recognition practices.
Financial Objectives:
- Track assigned project budgets and report variances.
- Support creation of project costing plans where applicable.
- Recommend cost-optimizations in project processes.
- Understand financial impacts of project delivery.
- Participate in billing discussions or tracking as needed.
Operational Objectives:
- Identify inefficiencies and propose operational improvements.
- Adopt and suggest use of digital productivity tools.
- Create or refine templates, SOPs, and documentation formats.
- Drive timeline and deliverable discipline within the team.
- Support operational audits and reviews where necessary.
Human Relationship Objectives:
- Support talent mapping exercises within projects.
- Assist in cultural interviewing process for new hires.
- Support onboarding rituals that align new joiners with Nucleus values.
- Organize or support internal L&D (Learning & Development) activities.
- Promote Nucleus Culture activities and recognition practices.
Marketing Objectives:
- Support creation of client and internal marketing content.
- Brainstorm ideas for campaigns around humanized consulting and youth
empowerment.
- Assist with gathering data or testimonials for marketing purposes.
- Promote visibility of Nucleus achievements and transformations.
- Participate in internal or external webinars/events to build brand awareness.
Branding Objectives:
- Represent Nucleus values and mission in all external communication.
- Collect and showcase testimonials and success stories.
- Participate in building personal branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support brand consistency in all documents and communications.
- Help monitor Nucleus brand reputation and client perception.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
