Key Responsibilities
- Promote employee welfare and workplace well-being initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate welfare programs, health and safety activities, and employee engagement events.
- Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Liaise with management, employees, and external agencies on welfare-related matters.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Experience in employee welfare, human resources, labor relations, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of employment rights, labor laws, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
