We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance with experience in QSR, Fine Dine, or FMCG industries to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cost control activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in handling finance functions in fast-paced business environments.

Managing daily finance and accounting operations across outlets/business units.

Monitoring revenue, expenses, food cost, inventory cost, and operational spending.

Handling vendor payments, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Supporting monthly closing and audit activities.

Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinating with operations, supply chain, and purchase teams for financial tracking.

Monitoring cost control measures and identifying areas for process improvement.

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

5-8 years of finance/accounting experience in QSR, Fine Dine, or FMCG companies.

Good knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
