We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong Direct and End-to-End Sales experience from service-based IT companies. The role focuses on enterprise solution selling to BFSI/Banking clients, with ownership of the complete sales lifecycle and revenue targets.
Drive direct sales and business development for IT services
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and manage relationships with BFSI/Banking stakeholders
Identify opportunities across APAC / India markets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and solution proposals
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams for solution alignment
Experience in service-based IT companies only (product background not acceptable)
Proven experience in selling IT services to BFSI / Banking clients
Strong exposure to Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales
Experience managing large-ticket deals and long sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Local candidates from Chennai preferred
Must be open to a final face-to-face interview
Final round will include a presentation to the Director
