Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and contributing to revenue growth for ProMunim of India by selling accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and allied professional services.

Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of experience in target-based B2B sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling and lead follow-ups
- Willingness to work with targets and incentives
- Basic understanding of professional or service-based selling
