Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality procedures.
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement projects.
- Work closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (Freshers may also apply if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
