Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer with expertise in construction site safety management and cleanroom safety protocols. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety regulations, conducting inspections, organizing safety training, and maintaining compliance with local laws and project-specific safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
● 1. Site Safety Management
○ Implement and enforce site safety management procedures and safety regulations.
○ Develop and maintain safety protocols specific to cleanroom construction environments.
○ Monitor construction site safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
○ Coordinate safety activities with all project teams and contractors.
● 2. Safety Inspections & Hazard Identification
○ Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard identification at construction sites.
○ Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
○ Prepare safety inspection reports and hazard assessments.
○ Follow up on identified safety issues to ensure resolution.
● 3. Safety Training & Awareness
○ Organize and conduct safety training programs for site personnel.
○ Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
○ Promote safety awareness and establish safety culture at site.
○ Ensure all workers receive appropriate safety induction and training.
● 4. Fire Safety & Emergency Planning
○ Develop and implement fire safety management and emergency plans.
○ Ensure fire safety equipment is properly installed and maintained.
○ Conduct emergency drills and evacuation procedures.
○ Coordinate with local fire authorities and emergency services.
● 5. Documentation & Compliance
○ Maintain safety documentation and incident records.
○ Prepare safety reports and incident investigation documents.
○ Ensure compliance with local safety laws and project safety standards.
○ Coordinate with regulatory authorities for safety certifications and inspections.
● 6. Cleanroom-Specific Safety
○ Implement safety protocols for cleanroom construction environments.
○ Monitor contamination control and cleanroom-specific safety requirements.
○ Ensure proper use of protective equipment in controlled environments.
○ Coordinate safety with cleanroom-specific procedures and standards.

Education

● Knowledge of construction safety regulations, fire safety management, and emergency protocols.
● Experience in implementing safety programs and maintaining compliance documentation.
Language Requirements
● Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) - MANDATORY
● Ability to conduct safety training and communicate safety procedures in English
● Strong communication skills for coordination with all project stakeholders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
