Tablet Machine Operator Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of a tablet machine operator include:
- Setting up and operating tablet press machines to ensure consistent tablet quality and adherence to production standards.
- Adjusting machine settings and performing routine maintenance to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of the production process.
- Inspecting tablets for defects and documenting process data according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitoring production processes to detect and correct any deviations or malfunctions promptly.
- Maintaining records and a clean environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
