Job Description
Responsibilities: - Design and deliver programs to attract and retain talent for a fast-growing business Partner with the L&D team to build talent at scale Partner with the CO Os office to transform candidate and employee experience for the integrated One Data organization work with key stakeholders for Compensation & Benefits, Staffing, Performance Management, and strategic HR interventions. - Bring incisive perspectives and innovative approaches to solve for talent challenges develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; - Partner with leadership to provide guidance and support on HR initiatives; - Lead and manage HR projects and programs; - Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR issues; - Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives; - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization; - Provide HR expertise and advisory support on employee relations, talent management, and performance management; - Analyze HR metrics and data to improve HR processes and practices; - Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws; - Develop and mentor HR team members to build a high-performing HR function.
