- Fitness Assessments:Conduct initial evaluations by measuring body composition, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness to establish a baseline for new members.
- Instruction & Form:Demonstrate the correct use of gym equipment (cardio machines, resistance machines, and free weights) to ensure member safety and minimize injury risk.
- Program Implementation:Execute personalized or group workout plans tailored to a client’s specific health goals, such as weight loss or strength building.
- "Walking the Floor":Actively engage with members by offering technique advice, answering health-related questions, and maintaining high energy on the gym floor.
- Facility Upkeep:Ensure all exercise equipment is clean, hygienic, and in good working condition; report any mechanical faults to management.
- Administrative Tasks:Assist with front desk duties, such as registering new members, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client progress records
