Join a global Client Tax Operations utility processing withholding, reporting, reclaims, and relief at source across 100+ markets. Lead data-driven change as a Citizen Developer, delivering low-code automation and stronger controls across the Corporate & Investment Bank.
As a Client Tax Senior Associate within Global Tax Services / Client Tax Operations, you will execute key business objectives, optimize tax services data, and manage business risks for key client and partner relationships across the Corporate & Investment Bank. You will provide tax technical support for strategic and tactical business change programs and influence technology enhancements to strengthen operational tax services. You will champion Intelligent Automation as a Citizen Developer, partnering globally to deliver low-code improvements, stronger controls, and measurable innovation.
Job Responsibilities

Provide tax technical support for strategic/tactical business change programs and data engineering initiatives.

Lead proactive enhancements of tax services processes and data using Intelligent Automation and low-code solutions.

Implement improved operating procedures and robust data controls to strengthen accuracy, integrity, and resilience.

Analyze business-critical tax services data elements and present insights to stakeholders to support decisions and execution.

Collaborate with Client Tax Operations, Product Development, Product Management, and Technology partners across global locations to deliver change.

Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring data or procedural issues and drive remediation to prevent recurrence.

Identify and escalate risk incidents, participate in resolution activities, and support people/wellbeing initiatives across the utility.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Experience in tax operations and/or global tax services covering withholding, reporting, reclaim filing, and relief at source

Strong data analytics capability with ability to validate tax entitlement/client data and maintain accuracy and integrity standards

Demonstrated ability to support business change programs and partner effectively with Product and Technology teams

Strong risk mindset with ability to identify, escalate, and support resolution of operational risk incidents
