Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head – Media Sales to lead and drive revenue generation for our advertising and media business. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue targets across advertising platforms including outdoor media, branding solutions, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
- Sell advertising solutions such as hoardings, LED displays, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Meet corporate clients and agencies to understand their marketing requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in the Media Sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Client relationship management
- Target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset
- Market knowledge of advertising and branding industry
Good to Have
- Experience in LDX media, LED advertising, hoarding sales, or agency handling
- Strong corporate client network
- Experience working with marketing agencies or media buying agencies
