Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate leads, visit customers and promote products or services within an assigned territory. The role is responsible for building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect market information on competitors and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Requirements
- Any Graduate; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or smartphone applications for reporting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
