Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process with a leading ITES organization in Chennai.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the respective eligibility criteria.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and providing professional customer service over the phone.
Eligibility – Freshers
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Good English communication skills
- Good listening and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Comfortable working from the office in Pallavaram, Chennai
Salary – Freshers
- CTC: ₹2.6 LPA
- Approx. in-hand: ₹15,000/month
- One-way cab facility available
Eligibility – Experienced Candidates
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- International Voice Process
- BPO
- Customer Service
- Customer Support
- Good English communication skills
- Good customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office in Pallavaram, Chennai
Salary – Experienced Candidates
- Maximum CTC: ₹3.3 LPA
- In-hand: Up to ₹21,000/month + incentives
- Up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to the maximum CTC of ₹3.3 LPA
