- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and configuration within SAP HCM environments.
- Experience in customizing payroll components to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of payroll modules with other SAP components and external systems.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and data security considerations in payroll processing.
