ROLE SUMMARY
The QA Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) across the LAN, CCTV, and Cable Assembly manufacturing plant. The role ensures products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements through systematic quality planning, control, and improvement activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Define and enforce quality standards, inspection plans, control plans, and acceptance criteria
- Lead incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product testing
- Manage customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs, and 8D problem-solving processes
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits/customer audits
- Prepare quality MIS reports including rejection trends, PPM, and COPQ
- Drive quality improvement projects using tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, and Poka-Yoke
- Train and mentor QA inspectors and production staff on quality processes
- Manage calibration and measurement system analysis (MSA) for all instruments and gauges
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical)
- 7–12 years of quality management experience in an electronics or cable manufacturing plant
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with network cable testing, CCTV system verification, and cable continuity testing
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, IPC standards)
- Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, Fishbone, 8D, PPAP
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications
- Leadership skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Data analysis and quality reporting skills
- Customer-facing skills for complaint handling and audit support

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
