Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
- Explore new domestic and international market opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers, jewellery retailers, and key accounts.
- Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, referrals, and digital platforms.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Identify opportunities for launching new collections or product categories.
- Provide market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Design, CRM, Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure smooth order processing from enquiry to delivery.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Track KPIs including lead conversion, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
