As a Sales Executive at JK Bhandari and Associates you will play a crucial role in accelerating property sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups for mandate residential projects.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and database management.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly to clients.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and ensure compliance rules and documentation.
- Track performance and prepare sales reports.Requirements
:
2-6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable residential sales.
Willing to work across any regional market, as per business requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Work Location: Pune
Qualification Required: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
