Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet customer needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or relationship management (0–3 years for entry-level roles)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
