- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, visibility and merchandising at all assigned locations.
- Promote perfume products directly to customers and actively support sales conversion.
- Explain product features, fragrances, offers and promotions to customers.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Check pricing, promotional materials, testers and display standards.
- Maintain good relationships with store staff and outlet management.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions and displays and provide regular updates.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchandising targets.
- Submit daily/weekly reports covering sales, stock, outlet visits and market observations.
- Support promotional campaigns, activations and special sales events.
- Travel between assigned outlets as required.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
