Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of calls to potential leads provided by the company or sourced independently.
- Product Pitching: Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects clearly and persuasively.
- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to identify customer needs and determine if they are a fit for the product.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, answer product-related questions, and resolve queries to preserve company reputation.
- Database Management: Log call outcomes and update customer details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software system.
- Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
Key Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Fluency in local languages or English is typically required.
- Soft Skills: Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection calmly.
- Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
