ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Inside sales in our supply function who can convert qualified leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, confidence in handling objections, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call customer leads, quote pricing, and handle negotiations to successfully close deals and drive procurement.
- Practice active listening with customers and recommend products or services that enhance their overall experience.
- Manage payments and maintain detailed and accurate reports of transactions and interactions.
- Understand and strive to exceed call center KPIs while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve daily calling and conversion targets consistently.
- Build strong rapport with customers, negotiate effectively, and close deals confidently.
- Track leads systematically, follow up consistently, and drive overall sales performance.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or in similar domain
- Good communication/convincing skills/Go to attitude
- Graduation in any stream/ BBA preferred
- Familiarity of bikes/ and parts (preferred)
