Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales of Loans (Working Capital, Secured Business Loans, and Consumer Loans) ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹25 Lakhs to the existing customer base (Agri Businesses, Manufacturers, and Retailers).
- Ensure cross-selling of other products (Consumer Loans, Wealth, Green Products, etc.) as advised by the company.
Key Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of Business Loans (Working Capital and Secured Business Loans).
- Portfolio handled: ₹2 Lakhs per month.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Own Bike & Driving Licence.
- Own Smartphone.
- Local Resident (5+ Years).
- Proficient in Local Language.
- No Loan Default History.
- An individual who can earn a high degree of credibility with ownership and the ability to perform in a high-achievement-oriented environment.
