A Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, and aligning team performance with organizational goals. They act as a bridge between management and staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maintain high standards of productivity and workplace compliance.
- Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance, provide feedback, and address operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
