- Position: Security Guard / Security Officer

- Working Hours: Shift-based (Day/Night 8 or 12-hour shifts)
Key Profile & Capabilities
- Physical Fitness: Strong endurance for long standing shifts, frequent foot patrols, and rapid emergency intervention.
- Alertness & Vigilance: High observational skills to monitor access points, CCTV feeds, visitor logs, and unusual activities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern security tech including digital visitor management apps, biometric systems, and metal detectors.
- Communication: Basic communication for managing visitors, coordinating with team members, and de-escalating conflicts.
Core Responsibilities
- Access Control: Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors before granting entry.
- Patrolling: Conduct routine foot sweeps across perimeter walls, parking lots, and building corridors.
- Emergency Response: Act as first responder during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or unauthorized intrusions.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of incoming vehicle numbers, material movement, and incident reports.
