We are looking for a high-energy, "feet-on-the-street" Field Sales Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition.
You won't just be selling print; you'll be selling sustainable branding solutions. Your goal is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with industrial clients, and close deals that scale our operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and visit potential B2B clients, including interior designers, architects, advertising agencies, and corporate offices.
- Field Sales: Conduct daily site visits and face-to-face meetings to demonstrate our unique eco-friendly printing capabilities.
- Market Expansion: Explore untapped industrial sectors in Mumbai and surrounding areas to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to project delivery and after-sales support.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, site visits, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-5+ years in B2B field sales, preferably in printing, packaging, signage, or building materials.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and vendors.
- Drive: A "closer" mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain the benefits of eco-friendly, green-guard certified printing technologies.
