Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell packaging solutions to clients across various industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers.
- Promote the company's packaging products and solutions.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Market Intelligence
- Coordination & Reporting
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, printing, or industrial products.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Good presentation and sales closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is an added advantage.
