- Coordinate daily OT schedules and allocate operation theatres efficiently.
- Liaise with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth surgical operations.
- Ensure availability of surgical instruments, equipment, consumables, and implants before procedures.
- Monitor OT utilization and optimize theatre efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of surgeries, OT registers, and patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, sterilization standards, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate emergency surgeries and prioritize cases as required.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance of OT cleanliness and functionality.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of OT supplies.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH/JCI).
- Prepare reports on OT performance, utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Handle patient and staff concerns related to OT operations professionally.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
