Delhi Public School, Gurugram, Sector 67A is looking for a responsible, caring, and student-focused professional to support the wellbeing, discipline, and day-to-day residential life of students in its upcoming Residential Boarding Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, discipline, and care of boarding students.
- Supervise students and maintain daily routines, schedules, and residential discipline.
- Provide pastoral support, guidance, and mentorship to students.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with students and understand their individual needs.
- Coordinate with teachers, counsellors, nurses, parents, and school leadership.
- Handle student concerns, conflicts, and behavioural issues with maturity and sensitivity.
- Support and organise boarding activities, recreation, and student engagement programmes.
- Maintain a safe, caring, inclusive, and positive residential environment.
- Ensure compliance with boarding rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
Desired Profile
- Experience as a Hostel Warden, House Parent, Pastoral Care professional, or in a residential/boarding school.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and student-management skills.
- Caring, patient, disciplined, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a residential school environment and handle student responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with K–12 students and pastoral care will be preferred.
